Columbia was founded in 1938 by Paul Lamfrom and found its humble beginnings as a small, family-owned hat distributor. Since then the company has grown expansively, and now produces footwear, headgear, camping equipment, skiwear, and outerwear accessories. They are manufacturers of tough, no-nonsense apparel and footwear that will keep you warm, dry, cool and protected, no matter what the elements throw at you.
