Select the gear you need and reserve it for the period you need - you can rent for between 21-28 days. We will deliver or allow collection in time for the start of your rental. Return the gear to us by returning for free in-store or paing for a DPD collection on our rental store. Once here - our rented gear is professionally washed, dried & inspected for any damage or repairs.

Your rental will arrive 1-2 days before the start of your rental period.
We use current season products that may have been used previously. All items returned to us are professionally cleaned, but may still show signs of wear. We do not rent product that is not fit for purpose.
The product must be returned to us the day after the end of the rental period. We offer a DPD collection service for that date, or you can return the items in-store to us.
If we consider the return to be unreasonably late, we may charge a fee. Typically this will be charged at the day rate for your unreturned rental items. This is due to other clients possibly missing out on their rental gear due to late returns.
We will clean and repair all items returned to us free of charge as long as it is considered fair wear and tear. In instances where the product has been damaged to the point we deem it cannot be re-rented, we reserve the right to charge a repair or replacement fee (this will not exceed your deposit amount).
Our kit is designed to be used in the outdoorsand we want you to have the best experience possible with our gear. Accidents happen, however, which may necessitate a lengthy repair or even make the product unusable again - this is covered in a repair or replacement fee.
This isn't something that we currently offer through our Rental platform. However, if you love the product so much that you really cannot do without it - it is highly likely that we stock the new in-season model in our store or online!
No. All kit is cleaned upon receipt by our cleaning team.

You pay for your rental immediately on booking. A deposit is payable 24 hours before the start of your rental and held on your payment card for the duration of your rental at 25% of the RRP of rented items.
No, unfortunately not. We still need to cover our costs and it is unlikely we would be able to turn the product around in time to rent it out again.
You may cancel your rental with us any time up to 14 days before the rental start date. If you cancel within 7 days you may still be charged.
