I am a walking guide in Ireland guiding 11 day walking tours for German speaking clients, living here for the last 44 years in Kerry. These are A/B boots, flexible with good grip, well suited for the weather, bog rock and anything in between. I have worn out lots of boots, mostly Meindle, and tend to always buy and wear them with 2 pairs of socks. I get most of my boots resoled ones, for on the trail and in the garden as I teach Organic Horticulture as well.
