Gift Cards

Yes you can! Contact our team via chat, email or phone and we will convert your in-store gift card to an online voucher.

Yes, if you order our digital voucher - it will be emailed instantly upon payment. If you order an in-store gift card, it will be shipped or collected from our store depending on your choice.

We have in-store & online gift cards, so you may be using an in-store version! Our staff are on hand to convert your in-store cards to digital cards at a moments notice.

Shipping

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We have shipping rates set up for many areas, but if you have a question about specific areas or products to ship, reach out to us!

We operate next-day services in Ireland but allow for up to 3 days for delivery. Orders processed here will take 1-3 business days to arrive ordinarily. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 3-12 days. We pack orders 7 days a week and ship 5 days a week to ensure parcels go as quick as possible!

We use An Post for deliveries within Ireland, GRAB same-day delivery within Dublin, and all major national carriers in conjunction with An Post for international shipping.

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just visit our returns page and follow the instructions to begin! We offer returns at a reduced rate with An Post: it is €5 to ship from a post office or €6 to have it collected from you.

Yes we do. Once they are registered correctly with One4All, you should be able to use the full amount to cover a transaction. They can be combined with our own digital gift cards for payment but not with any other cards. Choose the Visa Credit card option to process the payment.

Yes we do. Once they are registered correctly with Me2You, you should be able to use the full amount to cover a transaction. They can be combined with our own digital gift cards for payment but not with any other cards. Choose the Visa Credit card option to process the payment.

Unfortunately not but you can combine payments with our digital gift cards. Once bought, these digital gift cards will be sent to you straight away and these can be combined with a single Visa/Mastercard/One4All/Me2You card to cover a transaction.
